What To Expect

Education of our patients’ allergy, asthma and immunology concerns is the cornerstone of our practice.  During a typical office visit the patient or parents will be able to have an in-depth discussion with Dr. Leipzig to explain in detail their specific medical concerns. After a comprehensive physical exam, skin testing for allergies and / or breathing tests may be indicated. Testing is commonly done on the inner forearm or back and consists of a gentle scratching of the skin. Tests are measured in size and are reviewed with all patients. A breathing test is a forceful blasting out of one’s air capacity.  We have a caring and trusted staff.
